Director Emergency Services This position represents overall management of the Pediactric Emergency Department. The incumbent is responsible and accountable for planning, coordinating, and directing activities in the unit to assure safe, quality care in a cost-effective manner. The Director is also a clinical resource person who acts as a role model for the staff or a designated unit. He/she determines staff needs and identifies areas for improvement. This is a 10-bed Pediatric ED with 21K annual visits and 30-35 FTE's. The ideal candidate will have experience with a pediatric patient population. Requirements: BSN required/Masters preferred with a minimum of 3-5 years previous ED Director level experience.
